Random Review- Installment 6, Going Healthy

Ever since the beginning of May, my way of eating, better known as my diet, has been undergoing a drastic and much-needed change. In other words, I have gone the way of Trim Healthy Mama . I have been hesitant to talk about my new "diet" on this site for several reasons. Number one, I don't want to make other people feel self-conscious about their eating habits/weight when they're around me. Just because I am excited about it does not mean I think you should jump on board! Secondly, I don't necessarily want people eying my plate at fellowship dinner or supper invitations to see if I am staying true to my plan (that would take the fun out of my logic to eat what is set before me with thanksgiving !!!) And lastly, I am still quite new at this and the learning curve is relatively steep, so I don't feel that I am yet qualified to speak about the diet with any type of authority! Random Review, Installment 5- Hopes and the Herb Garden

I am not sure if this post is random because it was the day for that type of review and my herb garden was uppermost in my mind, or if the post is random because that is the style of gardening that best describes me, but I suppose either way if the shoe fits I might as well wear it!!! The fact is, I have come to realize that I am not a professional gardener! Rather, my planting and plucking tends to be whimsical at best, disorganized at worst!!! Instead of consulting my herb books (and I do own several reputable ones!) and making organized & alphabetical lists, I go to the greenhouse, feel inspired by all the lovely options, and begin choosing plants and putting them in the cart according to what catches my eye, which means that when it comes to herbs, especially, that is just about everything !!!
